What this site is

A directory of excavation, land clearing, grading, trenching and demolition companies compiled from public business listings, the companies' own websites and public state license files. We do not perform this work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a company you find here.

No endorsement

A listing is not a recommendation. Ratings, review counts and hours come from public sources at the date shown and can be out of date. A license marked verified matched a state license file on the date shown; every other claim about licenses, insurance, bonding, equipment or permits is the company's own statement.

Your responsibility

Check licenses, insurance, permits and references yourself before you hire, get a written scope and price, and make sure utilities are marked through 811 before any digging. Prices shown are what companies publish or customers reported. They are not quotes, and no company is bound by them.

Quote requests

When you send a request, you ask us to pass it to one or more listed companies that serve your ZIP code, and they may contact you by email or phone. We may be paid a referral fee by those companies. Fees never change a listing's position in the ranked list. Do not use the form to send anything other than a genuine request for work.

Business owners

You may claim your listing and ask us to correct or remove facts about your business at hello@excavationcompaniesnearme.com. A claimed company may take the labeled Featured spot on its city page; that spot sits above the ranked list and never changes it. We may decline or remove any listing that fails our checks for real local businesses, and we may correct a listing from a public source at any refresh.

Use of the site and data

You may link to any page and quote a reasonable excerpt with a link back. You may not copy the directory data in bulk, run automated tools against the site to collect it, or republish it without our written permission.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the information is accurate, complete or current, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from work done, or not done, by any company listed here.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
