Established in 1982, S.M. Smith & Sons, Inc., a family owned and operated company was founded on a dedicated work ethic, superior quality and solid customer relationships. We strive to provide the best possible land clearing, grading, excavation, and demolition services available in the Carolinas. The Land Clearing Division of S.M. Smith and Sons, Inc. is one of only a few clearing contractors in the area who self-perform all land clearing procedures; logging, grubbing, grinding and burning. We specialize in all forms of land clearing from road widening to mass clearing. Our Residential Grading crew specializes in individual house lots, mucking out and refilling sediment basins, grading driveways and back filing foundations.
