First Cut Landworks

About

First Cut Landworks is an owner-operated land clearing company serving Cloquet and surrounding areas throughout northern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin. Dylan founded the business in 2026 after eight years as director of transportation facilities and sustainability for True North Goodwill, where he managed operations across the region. When the organization restructured, he saw an opportunity to build his own business doing work he enjoys and that makes property owners happy.

Exceptional service. Dylan is professional and yet easy going. He knows exactly what he’s doing! Would hand down recommend him to anyone with brush cutting or any “hard to do it yourself” trail/clearing needs.

Excellent work delivered in a timely manner.

Great job clearing out trees and brush from a large area of our property. Worked diligently and got it done within the day. We can now see when others are driving around the corner and it reduces fire risk from dead and fallen wood. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Fast. Efficient and nice work.
