About
Cedar Point Land Management provides land clearing services across Goochland County and the greater Richmond area. Nick and the crew handle the heavy work between buying a lot and breaking ground: land clearing, forestry mulching, bush hogging, grading, and gravel driveways, plus brush clearing, stump grinding and removal, and tree removal on property you already own. We work wooded acreage in Manakin-Sabot, Oilville, Crozier, Powhatan, and western Henrico, including tight removals near houses, sheds, and fence lines. We'll walk the property with you, explain what needs doing in plain terms, and give you a number before we start. Call or text for a free quote.

We were surrounded by wilderness when CPLM got started. Now we’re surrounded by what looks like a forest in a State Park! Love the job they did!
