You just littered when a bunch of cardboard flew out of the back of your truck going down 301. I saw you look, laugh and kept going. Good thing no one was behind you.
Driver of what looked like the mechanics truck that had a welder, torch, and air compressor mounted on the utility bed ran a stop sign cutting people off while driving on the phone. If police would have seen he would have had several tickets, make the company look unprofessional.
