Inquired about completion of Benton Road overlay was told by lady answering the phone will be done when we get done. Is this the kind of company the City of Bossier prefers to deal with. Very sad.

The lady who answers the phone is rude and rushed me off of the phone, absolutely no customer service skills. If this is the type of people the company hires, would you really want the foundation of your home being built by them? Probably not right.
